Fara Double-Face, recycled wool throw

A plain face on one side, a contrast on the other: fifteen colour combinations, to change the look of a sofa by turning it over.

A reversible recycled wool throw with fringes, from the Fara line. Two surfaces and two characters: full colour on one side, a complementary shade on the other. Turn it and the room changes without getting up.

Colours: Beige, Blue, Navy Blue, Burgundy, Camel, Sugar Paper, Fuchsia, Smoke Grey, Pearl Grey, Denim, Brick, Mint, Pine, Pink, Dark Brown.

The cloth

The base is 70% recycled wool, from mill offcuts sorted and pulled back to fibre to make new yarn. The 25% polyamide adds resistance and helps the throw keep its shape under daily use. What results is soft but with body, and does not flatten after the first few weeks.

Fifteen colours, two faces each

From the neutrals, Beige, Pearl Grey and Camel, to the decisive ones, Burgundy, Navy Blue and Pine, every variant has a front and a back meant to work together. Sugar Paper and Mint bring a cooler note, Fuchsia and Brick a warmer one. For versatility, Denim and Smoke Grey suit almost any room.

Where and how to use it

Over the arm of a sofa, folded at the foot of a bed, laid on a chair. At 130 by 170 cm it suits one person and moves easily. The fringes add a handmade detail.
