Terms of sale

These terms govern purchases by consumers acting outside their trade or profession. The contract is concluded when the seller accepts the order and confirms acceptance by email. Before placing your order, you can check products, quantities, prices and delivery details in the checkout summary.
Displayed prices include VAT; VAT is not added to the product price at checkout. Any shipping charges are shown separately before you confirm your order. Payment is available through the cards and methods displayed at checkout. Bank transfer is not offered.
You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, under Articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code. Notify info@sofiatoscano.com, stating your order number and the products concerned. We provide a free prepaid return label and return instructions.
You may use the statutory model withdrawal form or any other explicit statement of your decision to withdraw.
Please take care of the goods and return them in their original packaging where available. Missing original packaging does not by itself remove your right of withdrawal. Statutory rules on any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods remain applicable.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. Our operational timeframe is within 7 working days of receiving and checking the returned product, without affecting mandatory statutory deadlines: for withdrawal, reimbursement is due within 14 days of notification, but may be withheld until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Reimbursement includes the original standard delivery charge where applicable, but not supplementary costs for a different delivery option selected by the customer.
Consumer purchases are covered by the statutory conformity guarantee for 24 months from delivery under Articles 128 and following of the Italian Consumer Code. To report a lack of conformity, contact info@sofiatoscano.com. Statutory remedies apply at no cost to the consumer, including repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or termination of the contract.
