How much is shipping?
Shipping within Italy is free with no minimum order value. Shipping to other European Union countries costs €9 for orders below €100 and is free for orders of €100 or more. For other enabled destinations, the available charge is shown at checkout before payment.
Can I return something?
Yes, free of charge, within fourteen days of delivery. Email info@sofiatoscano.com with your order number and we will send a prepaid label. Please take care of the piece and return it in its original packaging where available. Missing original packaging does not by itself remove your right of withdrawal.
How do I choose a size?
Each piece lists its finished size in centimetres. A throw is suitable for a sofa or over a bed; larger sizes can cover a bed on their own.
Are the colours on screen accurate?
They are close, but not identical. A screen renders colour with light while a throw renders it through fibre, and recycled yarn can vary slightly between batches. If colour is decisive, contact us and we will help you assess it.
How do I wash it?
Always start with the care label, as instructions vary by fibre. In general, air the piece rather than washing it unnecessarily, treat individual marks where possible, and dry flat away from direct sunlight.
Do you sell to shops?
Yes, through Faire, with separate storefronts for the European Union and the United Kingdom.
Is everything made in Italy?
The place of manufacture is stated on each product, rather than being claimed generally for the whole collection.
