Shipping within Italy is free with no minimum order value. Shipping to other European Union countries costs €9 for orders below €100 and is free for orders of €100 or more.
For other enabled destinations, any shipping charges and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout before you confirm the order. If no shipping method is offered for your destination, please contact us before purchasing. Displayed prices include VAT.
For information, email info@sofiatoscano.com. You may request a free return within 14 days of delivery; we provide a prepaid label and instructions. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days of receipt and inspection, without affecting the mandatory withdrawal deadlines described in the Terms of sale.
