Returns and refunds

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, under Articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code. Notify info@sofiatoscano.com, stating your order number and the products concerned. We provide a free prepaid return label and return instructions.
You may use the statutory model withdrawal form or any other explicit statement of your decision to withdraw.
Please take care of the goods and return them in their original packaging where available. Missing original packaging does not by itself remove your right of withdrawal. Statutory rules on any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods remain applicable.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. Our operational timeframe is within 7 working days of receiving and checking the returned product, without affecting mandatory statutory deadlines: for withdrawal, reimbursement is due within 14 days of notification, but may be withheld until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Reimbursement includes the original standard delivery charge where applicable, but not supplementary costs for a different delivery option selected by the customer.
