If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Nothing elsewhere on this site restricts this statutory right.
How long you have
You have fourteen days from the day you, or a person named by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. If an order is delivered in several parts, the period starts from delivery of the final part.
How to tell us
Email info@sofiatoscano.com with your order number and an explicit statement that you are withdrawing. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
Sending it back
Send the goods back within fourteen days of telling us. We provide a free prepaid return label and instructions. Please take care of the goods and use the original packaging where available. Missing original packaging does not by itself remove your right of withdrawal. You are responsible only for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Getting your money back
We reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery where applicable, using the original payment method. Reimbursement is due within fourteen days of your withdrawal notice, but may be withheld until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Our operational aim is to complete the refund within seven working days of receiving and checking the return.
