The motif

Herringbone is one of the oldest textile drawings there is: alternating rows of diagonal lines forming a continuous V, like the bone of a fish. The weave sets up a play of light and shadow across the surface that shifts slightly with the angle you look from.

Where and how to use it

An elegant sofa cover for the whole year, a travelling blanket, a rug for a day outdoors. At 130 by 170 cm it is practical to carry and covers one person comfortably. The restraint of the motif makes it the easiest throw to place in any setting, from the house to a campsite.

Pairing it
