A checked throw in a recycled wool and cashmere blend, finished with fringes. The 20% cashmere is noticeable: the hand is softer and more velvet than the wool-only pieces of the Fara line. Every colourway plays the check in pastel shades.

What the cashmere changes

The 80/20 wool and cashmere blend is the same as the Dream Throw; the difference here is the pattern. Choose the Lira over the Dream if you would rather have a check than a plain. Choose it over the Fara Tartan for the softness the cashmere brings.

The recycled cashmere comes from mill offcuts and retired garments, sorted and pulled back to fibre to make new yarn. It keeps the softness of virgin cashmere with a lower draw on water and raw materials.

The check

The check is read in five pastel variants, Beige, Light Blue, Grey, Red and Green, in soft shades that do not saturate a room. It is a versatile pattern: it works as a decorative accent in a spare sitting room and settles without effort into a busier one.
