A few things you might like to know
How do I receive my welcome code?
Sign up with your email address and we’ll send your welcome code there. If it has not appeared, check your junk folder.
Which orders qualify?
The offer is worth €20 on orders strictly over €100 before the welcome discount. In the UK, both values are converted to GBP: about £17 off, with a current indicative minimum of £85.46. Your checkout confirms the amounts that apply.
Will delivery stay free after the discount?
Yes. Standard delivery remains free if your qualifying order falls below the minimum after the welcome discount.
Where and how often can I use it?
The welcome offer is valid once per customer in the markets we currently serve: the UK, Italy and the EU. It cannot be redeemed again on a second order.
Can I stop receiving the newsletter?
Yes. Each newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Use it whenever you wish to stop future marketing emails.
